PROCESSING TIME
All New Zealand orders are shipped within 24 hours.
All international orders are shipped within 48 hours.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES
New Zealand: 1 to 3 working days
Australia: 4 to 7 working days 
Asia: 7 to 14 working days
USA: 7 to 14 working days
UK & Canada: 7 to 14 working days

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

DELAYS
Please note that delivery times may vary due to shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, Bad Form Skincare is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting our website and entering your order number.

DUTIES & TAXES
New Zealand and Australia: No import or customs duties will apply.
Other countries: Import duties, GST, VAT, or other local taxes may be charged once your order reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to release the package.
